· 1 cup Clarified Butter (Ghee)
· 1 cup Wheat Flour
· ¼ tsp Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
· 1 cup Sugar
· 2 cups Water
· Chopped Dry Fruits for garnishing

Aate Ka Halwa Recipe Step 1 Firstly, in a large pan roast 1 cup wheat flour on low to medium flame. Stir continuously till you get a strong aroma.
Aate Ka Halwa Recipe Step 2 To it add 1 cup ghee and mix well without forming any lumps. Stir continuously.

Aate Ka Halwa Recipe Step 3 After 15- 20 minutes, the mixture will start to turn dark golden brown.

Aate Ka Halwa (Sheera) Recipe Step 4 To the mixture add 1 cup sugar and 2 cups water. Stir it continuously and cook it for another 5-10 mins.
