The recipe preparation time is 10 minutes and cooking time is 35 minutes and this recipe serves 4. This recipe intake provides approx. 340 kcal in one serving and 24 grams of protein.
Broccoli & Stilton Soup Ingredients
|1 Onion||1 celery stick|
|1 Leek||1 Potato|
|2 tbsp butter||1 Broccoli|
|Stilton or any other Blue cheese||Rapeseed oil|
|Low salt / vegetable stock / chicken stock|

Broccoli and Stilton Soup Preparation Step #2] Take the medium-sized potato and dice it. Take Stilton or any other blue cheese and crumble it.

Broccoli and Stilton Soup Recipe Step #1] Take a large pan and place it over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of rapeseed oil. Add onion to the oil and cook it until it gets soft.
Broccoli and Stilton Soup Recipe Step #2] Add water to the pan when the onion gets soft. Next, add diced potato, butter, leek and celery stick. Keep stirring until the butter melts.
Broccoli and Stilton Soup Recipe Step #3] Now cover the pan for 5 minutes. Now add chicken/vegetable stock and some broccoli bits and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Next, add remaining broccoli and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Broccoli Soup Recipe Step #4] Now add the mix to the blender and blend it until the mix gets smooth. Now transfer it to a bowl and add 135-140 grams of stilton. Black pepper seasoning is optional.
