Farali Makhana Chaat Recipe Ingredients
· 2 1/2 cups Fox Nuts (Makhana)
· 1 tsp Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
· 2 tsp Ghee
· 1/2 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
· 1 Boiled Potato
· 1 Chopped Cucumber
· 1Tomato
· Pinch of Rock Salt
· 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
· 1 Lemon
· Coriander leaves for garnishing


Preparation Before Recipe
1. Take 1 Boiled Potato and 1Tomato and finely chop them.
2. Roast Makhana: In a pan add ghee and add 1/2 tsp Cumin. To it add red chili powder. Give it a quick mix and immediately add 2 1/2 cups Fox nuts (Makhana). Mix well and roast it for 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn this.

1. Transfer the roasted makhana to a wide bowl.

2. Add the finely chopped potato, tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves and pinch of rock salt and 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar .

3. Squeeze the lemon juice. Give it even mix.
4. Farali Makhana Chaat is ready to serve.
