Breakfast, the word itself says meal that breaks the overnight fast. It is often called ‘the most important meal of the day’; this is because it replenishes our supply of glucose to boost our energy levels. The good thing is that when we eat breakfast we’re telling our body that there are plenty of calories to be had for the day.
On the other hand if at all we skip our breakfast the message our body gets is that it needs to conserve rather than burn any incoming calories.
Breakfast helps us avoid overeating
The best thing about breakfast one may note down is that it fills our stomach, helping us to avoid overeating and snacking later in the day. This can be a tempting sign for those running behind a flat tummy.
Yeah!!! It is found that on average, people who eat breakfast are thinner than those who don’t.
Eating a healthy breakfast with protein and fiber in the morning keeps our appetite energizing for the whole day round.
With the start of the new day our body needs energy to function, and that energy comes from food. As soon as we supply breakfast in the morning, we provide our body fuel to start a great day.
What we eat matters as much as when we eat and hence breakfast makes its way easier to fit into your day. Many may not know this but Breakfast is considered as an excellent occasion to eat together as a family when possible. The good news is there are plenty of ways to make it awesome.
