It is a simple Indian dessert made with milk, saffron, cardamon and a few nuts. In fact this is an easy recipe and can be your favorite dessert to prepare for dinner parties at home to leave your guests delighted. Sweetened Rabri Recipe Ingredients
Rabri Recipe Ingredients 1) 1 litre Full Fat Milk
Rabri Recipe Ingredients 2) 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder)
Rabri Recipe Ingredients 3) 1 pinch Saffron
Rabri Recipe Ingredients 4) 2 tbsp Sugar or according to your taste
Rabri Recipe Ingredients 5) 1/4 tsp Rose water
Rabri Recipe Ingredients 6) Almond and Pistachio flakes




Preparation Before Recipe
· Soak saffron in milk and keep aside.
· Use a heavy bottom pan.
Sweetened Rabri Recipe: Step By Step
Rabri Recipe Step 1. Take a heavy bottom pan and add 1 litre Full Fat Milk to it. Bring the milk to a boil.

Rabri Recipe Step 2. Lower the heat to medium low and keep stirring also continue scraping the sides of the pan after every 10-12 minutes.

Rabri Recipe Step 3. Cook the milk till it is reduced to quarter it will take about 1 to 1.5 hours.

Rabri Recipe Step 4. Add sugar, saffron soaked in milk, rose water and cardamom powder and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Rabri Recipe Step 5. Your rabri is ready.

Rabri Recipe Step 6. Pour in a serving bowl and garnish with almond and pistachio flakes.
