Ingredients
- 2 Boiled Potato
- 2 Cucumber
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Grinded Peanuts (Moongphali)
- 2 finely chopped Green Chillies
- Rock Salt, to taste
- tablespoons finely chopped Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
- ½ Lemon
Potato Cucumber Farali Salad Recipe: Step By Step
- Peel and Grate 2 boiled potatoes and 2 cucumbers in a bowl.
- To that add 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder, 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 cup Grinded Peanuts (Moongphali), 2 finely chopped Green Chillies and Salt, to taste. Mix them well.
- Now sprinkle 2 tablespoons of finely chopped Coriander (Dhania) leaves.
- Garnish it with Farali Mixture and lemon and your Salad is ready to serve.
