  • 2 Boiled Potato
  • 2 Cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Grinded Peanuts (Moongphali)
  • 2 finely chopped Green Chillies
  • Rock Salt, to taste
  •  tablespoons finely chopped Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • ½ Lemon

Potato Cucumber Farali Salad Recipe: Step By Step

  • Peel and Grate 2 boiled potatoes and 2 cucumbers in a bowl.
  • To that add 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder, 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 cup Grinded Peanuts (Moongphali), 2 finely chopped Green Chillies and Salt, to taste. Mix them well.
  • Now sprinkle 2 tablespoons of finely chopped Coriander (Dhania) leaves.
  • Garnish it with Farali Mixture and lemon and your   Salad is ready to serve.
